Firstly you arrange an appointment with Body Time. At the beginning of the training , we will give you an isotonic drink that will keep you hydrated before, during and after the session. During the session our fitness expert will guide you personally through your workout using a range of dynamic and low-impact exercises. It is essential to wear special clothes with which electrodes are attached to key muscles all over your body. Especially arms, legs and buttocks, via a vest. When the session comes to an end, you will be given a protein shake for the recovery of your muscles. Your body will continue to burn calories after your workout as if your work out had not stopped.
