HOW I WILL FEEL AFTER A SESSION

After an Body Time session you should have a powerful sense of wellbeing. You should feel all the positive effects of having done a great active workout.

Your body is activated during the Body Time session and its effects last for a couple of days, during which your calorie burning will be higher than usual. You may experience some muscle soreness as with other sports, especially after the first session.
