    Ill keep it short and simple lol. For 3.5 years, I suffered from depression and anxiety. Was over weight and unbothered by it LOL. I managed to lose a bit of weight 2 years ago but didn’t last long. After 3 months or so, I gained it all back again. Earlier this year I decided to give it one more shot. I’ve surrounded myself with new friends who are the @bodytime and are on that same mission, smashing the same goals and a good  PT @coachnorbert who’s set me up with great meal plans and workouts.? Never looked back since. The grind never stops for me as i Still got alot of work to do to reach my goal weight. Its all about conquering the battle in your mind then killing it at body time.??
