BODY TIME Refund Policy

At BODY TIME, we aim to provide the highest quality services and products to our clients. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds are only applicable for services or products that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

1.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to BODY TIME’s customer service team at wecare@bodytime.ae or via our physical location.

1.3 Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Service Packages

  • Refunds for unused service packages may be granted if requested within 14 days of purchase and if no sessions have been redeemed.
  • Partial refunds for partially used packages may be considered on a pro-rata basis, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

2.2 Products

  • Products are eligible for refunds if returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition within 7 days of purchase.
  • Defective or damaged products may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection.

2.3 Special Promotions and Discounts

  • Refunds for services or products purchased under special promotions or discounts will be calculated based on the discounted price.
  • Some promotions may be non-refundable, as explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully utilized.
  • Digital products, such as online courses or downloadable materials, once accessed or downloaded.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized products.

4. Refund Process

4.1 To request a refund, clients must:

  • Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
  • Submit a written explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4.2 Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.

4.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.


5. Cancellations

5.1 Appointments

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee as specified in the service agreement.

5.2 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be granted for unused portions of the subscription period, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

6. Disputes and Exceptions

6.1 If a client disputes a refund decision, they may escalate the issue to BODY TIME’s management team by emailing wecare@bodytime.ae

6.2 Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of BODY TIME management in cases of extenuating circumstances.
