1.1 BODY TIME refers to the company providing health, fitness, and wellness services, including EMS training, Eximia treatments, VShape, Endosphere, MotivatedFit programs, and other related services.

1.2 Client refers to any individual or entity using BODY TIME’s services or purchasing products.

1.3 Services include all fitness, wellness, and health-related offerings provided by BODY TIME, both online and offline.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Minors may only participate with the written consent of a parent or guardian.

2.2 Clients must complete a health and fitness questionnaire before engaging in any services. BODY TIME reserves the right to deny services based on medical contraindications or safety concerns.

3. Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, app, or authorized staff.

3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations may incur fees as specified in the service agreement.

3.3 No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 All payments for services and products must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Prices for services and products are subject to change. Clients will be notified of price changes at least 60 days in advance.

4.3 Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, as detailed in our refund policy.

4.4 Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1 Clients engage in services at their own risk. BODY TIME is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from the use of its services or products unless caused by gross negligence.

5.2 Clients must notify BODY TIME of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries prior to using our services. Failure to disclose such information may result in liability for any resulting harm.

5.3 BODY TIME’s liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Use of Facilities and Equipment

6.1 Clients are responsible for using facilities and equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.

6.2 Any damage caused to BODY TIME property due to misuse by a client may result in charges for repairs or replacement.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 BODY TIME is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for service delivery and promotional purposes.

7.3 Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Termination of Services

8.1 BODY TIME reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

8.2 Clients may terminate their use of services at any time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
