What Do I Need to Bring?

Nothing at all. Just bring yourself and your excitement.

We provide everything you need to train:

  • A freshly laundered EMS training suit
  • A clean towel
  • Suitable training shoes (although you can bring your own if you prefer)
  • A glucose tablet for optimal energy before the session
  • Private changing space with full comfort

Want your own suit? You can purchase a personal EMS training suit if you prefer to train with your own set each time.

Our priority is to make sure you walk in empty-handed and stress-free, and walk out feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.


What to Expect in Your First Trial Session

Your first session is more than just a workout — it’s the start of a tailored journey.

When you arrive:

✅ You’ll be greeted by your personal EMS trainer
✅ We’ll take a few minutes to gather personal info and understand your fitness goals
✅ You’ll receive your EMS suit, shoes (if needed), towel, and glucose tab

✅ Your trainer will adjust the electrical impulses to your comfort level
✅ Then — your 20-minute EMS workout begins

Your First Full Membership Session

Once you sign up as a member, your first full session is slightly longer to help us track your progress properly.

  • Baseline health and posture check
  • Setup of your personalized progress chart
  • Custom adjustments to the EMS suit and intensity
  • A complete 20-minute EMS training session
  • Post-workout recovery tips and hydration guidance

This information allows us to track your transformation week by week, helping you stay motivated and achieve visible results fast.


What About Future Sessions?

Once your baseline is recorded, every session becomes super time-efficient.

A standard session is:

  • 30 minutes total
    • 10 minutes to change, refresh, and hydrate
    • 20 minutes of powerful EMS training
