💼 About the Sales Job
As a BODY TIME Online Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for potential members looking to improve their fitness, health, and quality of life. Your role is to convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments and closed memberships — by using proven sales scripts, nurturing leads through calls and WhatsApp, and coordinating with in-studio trainers for a seamless experience.
This is not a cold-calling or door-to-door role. It’s high-value sales in a high-converting environment — supported by strong branding, in-demand services, and a market that is hungry for results.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS
- Build rapport and qualify prospects using our proven sales scripts
- Schedule consultations or training sessions in our studios or online
- Maintain lead tracking in the CRM and follow up diligently to close
- Communicate closely with our in-studio teams for smooth handovers
- Educate clients about the BODY TIME method, pricing, and results
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and bonuses
- Participate in sales training and contribute ideas for growth
- Stay aligned with the BODY TIME Vision & Mission
📋 Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven sales experience (fitness, real estate, or services)
- Exceptional communication skills — written and spoken
- Strong sense of follow-up, attention to detail, and customer care
- Self-driven and hungry to meet and exceed goals
- Basic understanding of fitness or personal training is a plus
- CRM software experience is a bonus
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other language is an advantage
